TERMS OF SERVICE

Specification: January 2024

1. OPERATIONAL AGREEMENT

Accessing Galvoryn constitutes acceptance of these operational parameters. Non-compliance requires immediate disconnection. Continued engagement confirms your acceptance of all specifications detailed herein.

2. SYSTEM CLASSIFICATION

Galvoryn is classified as a social casino entertainment platform. All operations utilize virtual credits with zero monetary conductivity. Currency exchange functionality is not installed. We operate in complete isolation from real money gambling systems.

3. OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS

System access is restricted to operators who have reached eighteen operational years. Presence in our system certifies this threshold has been met. Age falsification corrupts operational integrity and triggers access termination.

4. CONDUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All operators must maintain standard conduct protocols. Manipulation attempts, system exploitation, or interference with other operators violates acceptable parameters. Automated access units and script injection are strictly prohibited.

5. VIRTUAL CREDIT SYSTEM

Credits circulating within Galvoryn carry entertainment-only classification. They possess no external value and cannot be converted to material currency. Credit levels may be recalibrated by system administrators without notification.

6. INTELLECTUAL COMPONENTS

All system components—visual elements, audio signals, operational code—remain property of their respective manufacturers. Unauthorized extraction, duplication, or modification of components is prohibited.

7. AVAILABILITY PARAMETERS

While Galvoryn targets continuous operation, maintenance cycles may affect availability. System downtime carries no compensation obligation as no material investment exists.

8. LIABILITY CONTAINMENT

Galvoryn's liability exposure is limited to direct system functionality. Consequential or indirect damages fall outside coverage parameters. Maximum liability ceiling: zero units.

9. SPECIFICATION UPDATES

These specifications may be revised as system requirements evolve. Updated versions supersede previous releases upon deployment. Periodic review is recommended for all operators.
